Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully decorated in a traditional Scottish theme, and they were spacious and very comfortable. Elaine Peakman did an outstanding job with our wedding cake, and the whole team, including the piper and waitresses, made our day truly special.
I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless, making me feel right at home. The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist. The location was perfect, offering peaceful surroundings and stunning views. However, the dining experience fell short due to understaffing, impacting our overall enjoyment of meals. Despite this, I would highly recommend this hotel for its lovely rooms, excellent service, and ideal setting.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of Chernside, ideal for a relaxing weekend break. The rooms, although nicely decorated, felt a bit overpriced with the additional breakfast cost. The dining experience was of good quality and flavor, but slightly disappointing in terms of selection. Overall, a great spot for exploring the Borders and Cheviots.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully themed and perfect for a wedding stay, but some aspects left me wanting more. The wedding services were exceptional, with special thanks to Elaine for the stunning cake and the attentive staff that made our day extra special.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were excellent, very spacious and quiet with a lovely bathtub. I would definitely stay here again. The wedding cake by Elaine Peakman was a beautiful touch, and the staff, including the piper and waitresses, made our special day even more memorable. The hotel offers traditional Scottish-themed rooms and a delightful bed and breakfast experience.
